The Perforated Metal Sheet also named Punched Metal Sheet, the Perforated Metal Mesh including Black Perforated Metal Mesh, Painted Perforated Metal Meshand Powder Coated Perforated Metal Mesh by surface treament. It including Aluminium Perforated Metal Mesh, Stainless Steel Perforated Metal Mesh and Galvanized Perforated Metal Mesh by material. About the hole shape, including Round Hole Perforated Metal Sheet , Oval Hole Perforated Metal Sheet,Square Hole Perforated Metal Sheet, Hexagonal Hole Perforated Metal Sheet and so on. Specification of Aluminium Perforated Metal
1. Thickness
Thickness of the perforated metal do not change during the perforation. Normally thickness is expressed in gauge. However, to avoid possible misunderstanding, we would suggest to express them in inches or millimeters.
2.Width and Length of Square Hole Perforated Metal Screen
The most common width and length are as following
1000MM X 2000MM 1220MM X 2440MM 1250MM X 2500MM

3.Margins
Margins are the blank (un-perforated) area along the edges of the sheet. Normally the margin on the length are 20mm minimum, and margin along the width can be 0 minimum or at customers' requests.
